Cajun Heartland State Fair, Lafayette LA, May 26-June 5, 2022

St Pete Pride Month, June 1-30, 2022
In 2003, Tampa shut down its pride parade so St. Pete took over and now the sister city hosts Florida’s largest Pride celebration. So much so that they celebrate PRIDE month instead of just a weekend. Highlights of St Pete Pride 2022 include Sandra Bernhard comedy show on June 12, Family Day on June 18, and PRIDE Parade on June 25 (expected to host over 250,000 visitors).

Key West Pride, Key West FL, June 1-6, 2022
Of course, Key West Pride is a bucket list event for many. The highlight might be the unveiling of the 100-foot Sea to Sea Diversity flag during the Key West Pride Parade.

Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam, Panama City Beach FL, June 2-5, 2022
Celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Gulf Coast Jam in PCB with Florida Georgia Line, Brooks & Dunn, Scotty McCreery, and many other musical acts. Also check out the Pepsi Southern Original contest on June 1, where 12 musical acts vie for six spots at the main event.

Gheens Bon Mange’ Festival, June 3-5, 2022
The 48th annual Gheens Bon Mange’ Festival will be held at Vacherie-Gheens Community Center. Live bands, auctions, and great Cajun dishes. Also arts & craft show and a corn hole tournament. But the Cajun music and food are the main reasons we would attend.

Sarasota Music Festival, June 6-25, 2022
One of USA’s top classical music events is the three-week long Sarasota Music Festival every June. Over 500 elite musicians from around the world audition for the five dozen slots during the Sarasota Music Festival. At the Sarasota Music Festival they play along side 40 master musicians.

Moon2Mars Festival, Houston Bay Area TX, June 9-12, 2022
The four-day Moon2Mars Festival includes an invite-only one day conference followed by a three-day public event. The public portion celebrates the Artemis NASA program, which will return astronauts to the moon. Moon2Mars includes live entertainment, astronaut appearances, indoor and outdoor food and beverage, learning adventures, and more.

South Mississippi Summer Fair, Biloxi MS, June 9-19, 2022

Father’s Day, June 19, 2022, all along the US Gulf Coast

6th annual Mango Fest Key West helps support PAL (Police Activity League) and juvenile crime prevention through the Key West Police Department. Bayview Park transforms into Mango Village, with vendors, a photo contest, and more. Panhandle Watermelon Festival, Chipley FL, June 24-25, 2022
Head 725 miles northwest to the other end of the Sunshine State for another sweet festival. Since 1969, the Panhandle Watermelon Festival celebrates farmers and field workers. Events include a parade, car show, pancake breakfast, a watermelon auction, and much more.
