Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival, New Iberia LA, Sept 22-25, 2022
The 79th annual Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival features the blessing of the sugar crop, Fais Do Do Music, Street Fair, Sugar Cane Festival 5K, and the coronation of the 79th Queen Sugar and King Sucrose.

Alligator Festival, Luling LA, Sept 22-25, 2022
Celebrate all things gator at the Alligator festival at Westbank Bridge Park. Enjoy live alligators, live music, carnival rides, Cajun cuisine, craft booths, and much more. The Rotary Club of St. Charles Parish hosts the festival to support college scholarships.

Galveston Island Shrimp Festival, Sept 23-24, 2022
Or celebrate all things shrimp down coast at the Galveston Island Shrimp Festival. Alabama Coastal BirdFest, Sept 28 – Oct 1, 2022
Help identify the nearly 400 bird species at several locations in South Alabama. Alabama Coastal BirdFest participants patrol the Mobile Delta, Dauphin Island Bird Sanctuary, Fort Morgan, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, and other locations. Sand Hill Crane Refuge in Mississippi is a new location for this year’s Alabama Coastal BirdFest.
Alabama Coastal BirdFest includes lectures, eco-tours and cruises, workshops, and a dinner with prominent keynote speaker.
